use the spot healing/healing brush tool...it's the one with the bandage icon....for spot healing, get a decent brush size(pref 1/10 of the object ur trying to delete to oblivion) and start with half the brush on the lamp, and the other half outside. click.
make it's set to "proximity match" and the top options and not create texture.
for more troublesome areas, click, hold, and drag.
that's it.
